FLEXIBLE PRODUCTION

Your ‘ready on stock’ order will be delivered within 4–6 weeks. If you have a deadline to meet them it’s possible to shorten production time. Our delivery times are guaranteed. 

LOW MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY

For projects based on the ready on stock collection, we accept orders from 15 pcs per model for quartz watches and 5 pcs per model for automatic watches. We do also offer alternative price breaks at lower order quantities respectively. When developing from scratch, a minimum of 500 pieces per model is required.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT

You will be assigned to a personal assistant who will work closely to quide you to the whole process. We don’t use call centres.  

AFTERSALES

Our watches come with a two-year international guarantee period. In case of a defect during this period your watch will be repaired or replaced free of charge. We provide a global network of repair centres. If repairing a watch is not possible in your country, we can find together a repair centre.
