FLEXIBLE PRODUCTION

Your ‘ready on stock’ order will be delivered within 4–6 weeks. If you have a deadline to meet them it’s possible to shorten production time. Our delivery times are guaranteed. 

LOW MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY

Für Projekte auf Basis der „Ready on Stock“-Kollektion akzeptieren wir Bestellungen ab 15 Stück pro Modell für Quarzuhren und ab 5 Stück pro Modell für Automatikuhren. Wir bieten auch alternative Preisstaffeln für geringere Bestellmengen an. Bei einer Neuentwicklung ist eine Mindestbestellmenge von 500 Stück pro Modell erforderlich.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT

You will be assigned to a personal assistant who will work closely to quide you to the whole process. We don’t use call centres.  

AFTERSALES

Our watches come with a two-year international guarantee period. In case of a defect during this period your watch will be repaired or replaced free of charge. We provide a global network of repair centres. If repairing a watch is not possible in your country, we can find together a repair Mitte.
