Throughout the entire creation process, from order to delivery, our support, sales tools and support is white label: samples and products are neutral to present advertising products you propose to your customers.

Quality is the backbone of our company. We attach great importance to the continuous control of quality of our products at each stage of development, from manufacturing to assembly. Therefore we can guarantee the highest quality of our watches. Not only do we apply the same quality standards to the various departments of our own company, we also only deal with partners that work by the same philosophy and who are familiar with our technical and quality requirements.
Your ‘ready on stock’ order will be delivered within 4-6 weeks. If you have a deadline to meet them it’s possible to shorten production time. Our delivery times are guaranteed.
For projects based on the ready on stock collection, we accept orders from 15 pcs per model for quartz watches and 5 pcs per model for automatic watches. We do also offer alternative price breaks at lower order quantities respectively. When developing from scratch, a minimum of 500 pieces per model is required.
You will be assigned to a personal assistant who will work closely to quide you to the whole process. We don’t use call centres.
Our watches come with a two-year international guarantee period. In case of a defect during this period your watch will be repaired or replaced free of charge. We provide a global network of repair centres. If repairing a watch is not possible in your country, we can find together a repair centre.
