How to order
Together we build your branded watches
Whether you prefer to order your branded watches online, by telephone or by email, we will always work closely with you and guide you to the whole ordering process. We don’t use call centers.
In short
When we receive your order we will contact you and create a digital design proposal for approval. Once agreement is reached on the design we will start our production process. Your order will be delivered within 4-6 weeks. In a rush? Please contact us directly
Ordering process in just a few steps
1. Select
Search, compare, select, customize, enter the required order quantity (increasing your order quantity will reduce the price) and you will get an instant quotation. No surprises. Full transparency. We don’t like hidden costs.
One price doesn’t always fit so please click on ‘Make quotation’ on the product page from the watch you would like to get quoted and receive a non-binding price request.
If desired our offer can be accompanied by a sample model (with random logo). Costs of this sample model will be settled if a final order is to be placed within 30 days
2. Upload logo
Upload your artwork or logo. If you don’t have any on hand you can send it later. No logo, no problem. When it comes to design, having the right logo file type is important. Our graphic design team will assist you in order to get it right.
Click on ‘Get free design proposal’ on the product page from the watch you would to see with your logo when interested but not sure.
3. Shop
Save items in your shopping cart for a later time. Continue shopping. Complete your purchase on our website, by email or by telephone.
4. Pay
Your payment will be taken with all major payment cards and PayPal at the checkout or in case of Bank transfer 100% payment in advance is required. Direct transactions are secured and encrypted.
5. Digital samples
Once we have received your payment, our designers will – based on your wishes and requirements – prepare one or two digital samples for you to review. In most cases, the desired design is reflected by one of the samples. If not, a new proposal will be made. We don’t stop until you are satisfied.
We want to ensure your brand guidelines are met and help creating new ones if needed.
6. Production
Once agreement is reached on the final design we will start with the production of your company logo watches following to the approved designs. Tightly arranged and environmentally aware, our supply chain is designed to reduce waste at every step of the way.
7. Delivery
Your order will be delivered within 4 – 6 weeks. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping email. This email will contain your UPS tracking number.
